Recent Activities

 

Oct. 5 ‘02       Parish Day of Recollection – Sacred Heart parishioners shared in 

                      Mass, followed by Exposition of Blessed Sacrament, Benediction

 

Oct. 6 ‘02       National Respect Life Sunday – A delegation from Sacred Heart

                      joined Bishop Lori and hundreds from the Bridgeport Diocese for a  

                      “Mass in Honor of Life” at St. Aloysius, New Canaan.

 

Jan. 22 ’03     Respect Life Holy Hour in solidarity with the March for Life was held

                      at Sacred Heart. It was preceded by Mass and included Exposition

                      and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. 

 

Upcoming Activities

 

Ongoing         Prayer intentions for restoration of respect for life to be offered ‘out 

                      loud’ at Prayers of the Faithful portion of Mass.

 

March-April    Respect Life Holy Hour to be scheduled during Lent
